Cycle suggestion?

Hi,

Im 42 yrs old, 184cm (6ft), 84 kg (185lb), body fat - guess more than 20%,natural test around 270-330.

i did a cycle(maks 100mg TestE x2 times a week) for 10 weeks a year ago and then onether one (start with low dose 100mg then 250mg - 2 times a week for 12 weeks ) which was finished a mont ago , now i m on PCT.

i havent noticed any remarkable muscle change on my first cycle , however i guess i felt some change on my 2nd one but its not a huge change ( i hit gym 3 days on 1 day off for 7 months- i used to go gym when i was young for 2 years) .

so as i dont have any economical problem anymore but i still want to be in as health as possible to have a bigger and stronger body , what kind of cycle do u guys suggest ? , and do i need pct everytime? im also open to peptides or anything else …

PS: i had hcg , bpc157/tb500 , sermoline , testE,clomid, tamoxifen…

Personally I’d rather see you on TRT medically supervised than playing the UGL PCT cycle. You’d likely be healthier with stable levels than what you’re doing if you’re ok with the provider cost. Plus it’s for life.

If your T levels are on the low side as you alluded, you should have noticed a large uptick in mood, arousal, and gym performance after about a month. Your basic first cycle above is basically high TRT. But this is not going to make someone “yuge” in a short period. Neither is TRT but if you put the work in, over time, you’ll be able to achieve your max genetic peak physique.

Your “cycles” were super short. If I understand you right, your first was like 200mg a week. That is what I like to do on TRT or cruise whatever you want call it, but just depends for me on getting to what I’m fine with on various baseline levels. Your second was 500mg a week and felt little? If that is the case, I would be surprised by not noticing a huge change, and would question on a lot of factors. My buddy just did 500mg for maybe 16 weeks off a TRT period. But at your age (I’m older), and your cycles now, you have to question whether PCT makes sense. I wasn’t able to by 30ish.
