Cycle Results So Far...

I know the above question wasn’t aimed at me, but here is aprox. what I do:

1/2 scoop upon awakening
1 scoop prior to lifting
1 scoop during lifting + 30 g simple carbs
1 scoop after lifting + 30 g simple carbs
1/2 in the middle of the night

and roughly 35-40g of protein with each of my 6 meals.

I make some changes while running insulin and whether I’m dieting down or bulking but that’s the jist of it. And if I’m just doing cardio that given day I’ll have 1/2 scoop of P 45 min before cardio and 1/2 during and some oats + solid protein afterwards.

If I had more $ I’d add some BCAA for breakfast and PWO, but as I see it I’m sure I have a constant amount of amminos already in my blood throughout the day.

OK Bushy, thanks for the info. If you were in my shoes and the only real side affect that I am seeing and feeling is the bloat right now-right now is key words! Could have more longer I;m on my cycle.

What would you do??? Take the A-dex, liquidex, if so how much, or not take the A-dex and see what happens

I just make sure to keep my protien high in every meal, and use my homemade shakes to supplement, along with my post workout shake.

I’m not overly scientific as some others or as precise on timing, I just try to take some in every two to three hours and pack down the protien.
