Wk 1-4 Dbol 20mg ED
Wk 1-10 Test E 300mg E4D

14 days after last pin
Clomid - wk 1-2 100mg ED
wk 3-4 40mg ED
Nolva- wk 1-4 20mg ED
Milk thistle throughout for liver cleanse
I am seriously considering geting some Arimidex or liquidex as an AI throughout cycle

600 mg test week 1-12
30 to 40mg of dbol per day week 1-6
500 iu hcg every 3 days weeks 1-12
.5 mg arimadex every other day weeks 1-12
Starting 17 days after last injection run 50mg Clomid and 20mg nolvadex for 3 to 4 weeks
Please give good advice for me i have read all the pct forums on here 5 times and i really would like to hear everyones experienced opinions.

Diet is going to be on point. Im 5’8 200. 6 meals a day with protein at 400g, the only problem i have is if i should cut carbs by alot. Or what would you recommend as a basic diet plan referring to proteins carbs fat in grams?

As far as goals go i am really just trying to gain strength and muscle because i suffered a career ending football injury to my shoulder and i was cleared to heavy lift about 2 years ago. I lost about 40 lbs. down from 200 to 160 :(. But with hard training and eating perfect i wAs able to get back up to 200lbs over the last two years.
Ive leveled off now and just need a bump up as my shoulders feeling great! I want to put on another 20 lbs then maintain. That would be the primary goal with secondary goal being to cut up while bulkin which for my body type was easy to do!
I would not cut carbs then. Eat majority of them pre and post workout. How much are you eating now?
I thought i posted a response but i guess it didnt send. Im eating about 4000 calories right now nd am maintaining 200lbs. I was going to log my workouts and stuff if you guys are interested.
