Haha. Shit I don’t think I could gain 30lbs of muscle on this cycle ever. Even if I ate the best shit out there which I don’t.
I’m currently on a high protein diet at around 3500calories. I’m really hoping on EQ I can up to 4,500. Like I said I suck at eating and stuffing myself sucks.
Aim for big goals and fall short I guess. We shall see!

I feel like I have to change up the food or my body just doesn’t want to eat it. Sucks because everything is “bad” unless it is chicken, steak, rice, sweet potatoes or broccili. There is only so much chicken and broccili you can stuff in there. But I guess that’s why I am small.
I’m so damn sick of chicken. I’m eating like 5-6 pieces of chicken a day and I don’t know what to do. I change the seasoning on them, I try to use BBQ ketchup whatever just to make it less sickening and nothing helps.
Fish is too vaginaish to eat and I don’t like eating steak on cycle due to cholesterol.

Get some ghrp6 and pin 150mcg before meals, i forget how soon you can eat after though.

I have no idea what that is or what that does… Should I look into it seriously? Could you just kind of give me an idea of what that is, what it does and what side effects it can give?
In a nutshell ghrp6 is a peptide that will help natural gh production if im not mistaken. Also, it will increase appetite in many users. i would just google it though. Its a very common peptide. No negative side effects im aware of really
