It would be great if I can get some feedback on the below cycle. It will be my 4th cycle, I am 35 years old male.
I have below inventory on hand:
• 30 ampules of 1 ml of × Testosterone Propionate 100 mg/ml
• 20 ampules of 1 ml of × Trenbolone Acetate 100 mg/ml
• 20 ampules of 1 ml of × Mast. Propionate 100 mg/ml
• 200 × 10 mg Stanozolol oral tablets
• 30 oral tablets of 1 mg Arimidex
any feedback or how to make it better/safer or any additional addition would be appreciated.
Okay. If you are using the term “cycle”, how long after this (4th cycle) will it be before you start the 5th cycle. It has always been my philosophy that each cycle provides incremental improvement that will always be followed by the next cycle. Thus, the word “cycle.” A single cycle is composed of “on AAS” followed by “off AAS.”
Agree with @blshaw here. This cycle is not good. You don’t seem to have a grasp on the compounds your attempting to use so IMO you should not be using them.
The only thing you got right here is the arimidex.

You don’t list your past experience with gear.
You don’t mention anything about yourself relative to taking drugs in the first place.
How do you think we can give any help if we have 0 info??
well you gotta tell us something about you, your GOALS, your training, blah blah blah. you know, the basics. your list of steroids looks fun though. I loved Test/Mast/Tren back in the day to prep for Vegas weekends or beach trips. Throw in some Anadrol pre workout a few times a week, good times. I did 100/100/100 EOD for short periods, usually just 6 weeks or so for those purposes. But if you were looking for more than just peaking for a weekend, I’d consider longer cycles with more Test and less Tren. but again, this all depends on what your GOALS are. thanks
Sorry I didn’t clarify earlier: I’m not trying to compete or prep for anything professional, just running these cycles recreationally. Mainly for breaking plateaus and feeling good physically and mentally. Not chasing stage-ready conditioning or extreme transformations.
The base structure was put together by a professional bodybuilder/coach; I just made small changes (reduced orals from 8 to 4 weeks and added hCG). I’ve been lifting consistently for 15 years, and this is my 3rd cycle in the last 3 years (I kinda started doing 1 cycle per year), all around 8 weeks, using similar compounds.
Open to ideas on improving safety or efficiency without going overboard. Any constructive tweaks are welcome. Just trying to make the most of what I’ve got on hand without being too reckless.
