Well I had shoulder surgery august 8th and have slowly been working my way back in the gym, I have been able to do arms and legs for about two weeks and just started chest, back, and shoulders (light) this week. So I should have my strength up in about 2-3 weeks. Now I have lost a good amount of size because of my inactivity however I’m hoping to get it back quickly.
I have some test e, primobolan, eq, deca, and anavar. Im just trying to figure out what I’m going to use. Call me crazy but I might skip out on test for this cycle but I haven’t ruled it out yet. Maybe ease into things with some Eq and primo. any suggestions would be welcome
Test has always done wonders for me in recovery of all sorts. I’d love to give you some pointers on what you have planned now, but to be honest I’ve never ran primo, EQ, deca, and Anavar together.
Hell, I’ve never ran more than 2 injectables and 2 oral together.

Alright well I started with some test e today at an extremely low dose of about 250mg/week, ill probably just do this for 2-3 weeks until Im feeling almost back to normal. Then I think I’ll slowly add some primo and maybe hold off on the eq, not sure yet
What did your ortho say about a time line to statr lifting? I would definitely consider this or you’ll be right back where you started. The VAR may help a little on the shoulder it did on mine. Good luck and don’t push the recovery faster than you need to.
Yea im not rushing back I have spoken to my doctor and physical therapy and they have me the green light, just have to stay a little light on the chest, back, and shoulders for about a week or two.
I think I have ruled out the deca completely and might just go with the primo and eq, the only thing is im still waiting on my primo and im currently running a low dose of 250mg/week of test just to help me with recovery and maybe bounce back a bit quicker. When I get my primo should I just drop the test completely or just slowly drop it off?
dude if you want a lil advise . if i was you i whould wate a bit befor going back in the gym . i had surgery 3 years back on my leg . i broke it in a car wreck . and the bone came out my leg and rip my muscle . well i wated like 4 months then did a cycle of sus . well i over worked the leg and riped my muscle and it never healed right and i still have pains and can feel the spot in my leg where the muscle never grew back right. but that was my leg and it mite not happin to you but im just saying start slow sometimes things dont heal back like you think they will.
I appreciate your advice and your concern but I am following both my physical therapist and surgeons guidance. I wasn’t able to do anything but legs for 4 weeks, then I was able to slowly incorporate some light bi’s and tri’s into my routine. Once we hit 6 weeks now i can do some light chest, back, and shoulders until I get my strength back.
Im still doing my physical therapy every week and certain exercises to get the shoulder back full strength. In about two weeks I should be able to start going sort of heavy on my chest and back.
