Cycle Advice for an Old Guy

New here and looking for some advice. I’m 45, and looking for the best bulking cycle options and the best place to shop them online. I’m 6’3”, 200 and would like to add 10 pounds of muscle. My daily schedule is crazy busy and the tried and true long game just isn’t feasible. Any insight or info would be greatly appreciated.

I would start by getting some bloodwork done prior to touching any gear.
You’re at the age where TRT might be a better option than cycling.

For proper expectations, the best bodybuilders in the world are lucky to gain and retain 10 pounds of contractile muscle in a year.

For most of those top tier guys, it’s closer to 3-4.
