Cutting to the Chase on BCAA's

Can someone tell me how effective BCAA’s are when added to a lifting regiment. I am currently taking Whey, Creatine, Fish Oil, and Power Drive.

  • What effects would I see with BCAA’s?
  • Obviously they are not completley necessary, but does anyone have a strong lean towards them?

The effects of any supplement will vary from individual to individual, but BCAA is one supplement that works well for most people assuming they use enough.
