This is an interesting statement. What’s the safe amount of sleep apnea while driving?
When you don’t fall asleep while driving was my standard in those years. I was one of the first people in my city to have a sleep study done.
Do u mean when u fall asleep for parts of a second and suddenly open your eyes when you nod your head down?
I’ve been doing that when sleepy and drive on a straight highway, so boring after 20 mins, but never related it to overweight.
But it never happened in the city or country roads.
P.s. food groups (nuts and fats the least important) and portion control not weighing (fist size, finger size simple measuring):
There is plant based stuff in the food groups, except the lean protein group, but there are no dairy products, even in the healthy fats group…
Nope. There is no such thing as an essential carbohydrate. There ARE essential fatty acids
See a doctor and get a sleep study done (if they will.) You will then know if you have sleep apnea. IMO, from your brief description it fails to show definitively that you have sleep apnea.
I think I am adapting to low carb (no cheat) too well.
No physical need for carbs, except if boredom, stress, some emotion prevails (I hope not).
Mby the magnesium also helps a bit, I got some (not glycinate) and I don’t have the night light calves cramp I used to have sometimes.
It is too well to a point I am concerned if I am in a deficit at all.
Stopped nuts, from today stopped mayonnaise (also dips), and considering to limit high fat dairy (and dairy altogether).
Theoretically I should be able to reach a pound a week ![]()
Carb clean for a whole week!
Cheated today with a corn bread leaf (60 grams maybe), arguing and just checking if it has gone bad.
But I also failed for a first time to hit the numbers on the only exercise I monitor and try to progress - pullups ![]()
Could not make the numbers from the previous workout.
I hope it is because I didn’t sleep very well
85.2 kg, not much different from the lowest while cheating regularly ![]()
I hope now I am just starting to loose to a leaner state I never been.
Pound per week means 80 kg by the beginning of December…
2-3 sluggish days, I barely did any exercise.
Last evening I went for an oat bar and a KitKat (100 + 60 gr).
I guess the oat bar only would have done the job.
There was some relief from the fast carbs I guess, while eating, but I did not immediately went back to normal.
Actually I had a strong acetone breath the whole evening.
So I’ve either been in a ketosis for a first time or I have gone into ketosis the wrong way due to smth else.
Don’t want to incorporate some carbs on a daily basis yet, I will try to counter such a state in the very beginning with smth like 100-150 gr carbs.
