I’m 23 5’10 roughly 200lbs at around 13%bf and have been training for roughly 7 years solid bench 325 squad 365 deadlift 425. I have a pretty clean diet however it will improve once off campus. I’m looking to put on some dry mass, not really looking to blow up real big. I play rugby so i’m trying to not hamper my cardio too much. I’ve done two cycles of var only 6wks 60mg and 80mg using nolva as the pct. Here’s what i was thinking to get ready for summer league:
wks 1-12 Equipoise 200mg E3D
Font load with 600mg
wks 4-12 Var 60mg ED
wks 6-12 Proviron 50mg ED
Nolva 40/40/20/20
I’ve seen a few cycles of winni and eq as starter cycles but i liked the effects of var from the other two cycles I did and i have access to it relatively cheap.
A few questions:
-Would the proviron be a waste and have little to no impact (i only threw it in there because I recently acquired some)?
-Since var is an oral and shouldn’t be taken for more than 6-8 wks should i start or finish the cycle with it?
-I have access to test cyp, would it necessary to add it at 500mg E4D?
-If i add the test would i need to incorporate an AI such as adex and hcg for dystrophy?
-Would nolva or clomid work better as the pct?
I’m not planning on starting this for a few weeks and am trying to plan it out as best as possible so any advice would be most appreciated.
