Like I said, I don’t see a dog.
Are you deaf? Read what I wrote.
Doggie pictures. Not dog pictures.
Then why post a pic of a guinea pig?
That right there is why some of those little dogs have such rotten dispositions.

OP: Snowy looks like a nice, happy little dog. Don’t let him read this thread.

Thank you. I’ve worked out how to get him to run as well- he has to see an animal, then he runs so fast you have a job keeping ahead of him. The fox was the best. One look at that fox and he ran after it, despite it no longer being visible, all the way home.

Lazy…

and apparently side ways…

Oh Hi

Okay, so he isn’t a dog. He IS part serval so that has to count for something.
How big is he? Savannah? Any issues with “wild” behavior?

Mine is part Asian Leopard Cat. He had some discipline issues early on. I pretty much had to establish alpha dominance every few weeks.
I have a bengal too! She’s a SBT though, so I haven’t experienced any behavioral issues with her… I’ve heard that the foundation generations (F1-F4) are the ones that tend to cause their owners a lot of grief! What generation bengal do you have?

Yes, the cat pictured is a savannah. He is a pretty big boy, he weighed 18 pounds at his last vet visit. He is still a kitten though and has another 3-6 months of growing still! He is about twice the size of my bengal. He DOES have some behavioral issues. He has managed to destroy every window screen in the entire house… He stalks and then sneak attacks which is by far, his most obnoxious behavior. Overall though, he’s a total clown and just has a really unique personality.
Mine’s basically a reject from the bloodline. He’s marbled, but he has a bullseye whorl on his side. It’s a dominant gene, but something they don’t want to carry on.

But he makes a great pet. I think part of the “behavioral issues” are just being expressed because he’s male. He also has a tendency to shoot out the door if I’m not careful; he’s crawled all along the apartment rooftop, and he’s even found his way down from my balcony, by walking along a 1/4" protrusion of brick that I’d never even noticed.

I keep him inside, but he gets to walk outside on a harness now and again. It’s both a good thing and a bad thing that he’s not afraid of heights, and actually knows how to get down from a tree.

He still thinks he can catch a goose though, for some ridiculous reason.

And yeah, he really did try to hunt down my neighbors small dog… at least he was on the harness then.

Older son, his wife and kids just moved to a semi-rural area about 100 km east of Toronto. Their younger dog, Xsara, a Kishu Inu, loves to run and will chase down any small animal, especially rabbits. The bunny didn’t stand a chance of surviving this encounter.

Happy Halloween

He was not happy about being a Halloweenie.

This is my homie Cowboy. Pretty entertaining and he makes that weird gargle howl sound.

saw this on your facebook, hilarious!

This was Radar out on a hike last weekend.

I joked that I should have gotten a little device that emits a ping sound every few seconds to hang from his collar so Radar could be sonar for halloween, lol.

Text for pic to work

She’s 1 year old in the picture.

My wife, with my younger son’s two pups.

The wife, who is working in Nepal, just posted this on Facebook, a picture of Sherry the Shepherd, with Sundari. In Nepal, today is a special day for dogs, Kukur Tihar, the second day of Tihar or Diwali, the Festival of Lights. Dogs get treats, and are decorated with flower garlands and tika (vermillion paste on the forehead).
