Cut or Bulk? Chubby/Skinnyfat

Apologies to everyone for the wasted time and energy in offering advice that wasn’t ever going to be taken.

Not sure I’ll ever understand how or why Internet trolling became an actual hobby for some lonely/bored/sad people.

The guys who eat well, and train like shit or don’t train are usually at best lean. It isn’t 80%. Training is 80%. For losing fat diet is a huge component, but for long term muscle gain, I think it is training.
