Cut mix 225 (tren question )

Hi

Im in my early 40s. Been lifting natural for many years . As many who reach my age some test cycles here and there are a welcome addition. Ive been doing normal test anavar cycles and cruise test for 2 years now. No sides outside some acne on shoulders but who gives a shit. I also take blood tests. Anyways , my biggest problem is that however solid my diet is i cant lose the last belly fat without starving myself and thus lose all my energy. I lose the normal fat but the stubborn last 3-4 kg on my belly wont go away. So , i recently heard about cut mix (75 mg/ml Drostanolone Propionate 75 mg/ml Trenbolone Acetate 75 mg/ml Testosterone Propionate) . Ive heard good things in terms of effect BUT theres the Tren part. All im reading is that it basically turns your brain into alzheimers mush and gives you instant George Costanza hair . Any experience on a 75mg/week - 10 week cycle ?

There is no magic bullet here. Diet/cardio is king for fat loss. Tren will help with macro/nutrient partitioning but it is also pretty toxic. If your not competing I would not recommend it. It comes with mental and physical sides. You will need to pin that blend every day.
I think we can get you on the right path without using this blend.
What did you eat daily for the last three days? What does training/cardio look like?

What are your stats?

As @s.gentz stated you’re gonna need to pin that every day. Downside is that mix will hurt like a son of a bitch, tons of PIP. Also the combo is very side effect prone driven by the Tren. Some handle it fine and others get all the sides from anxiety, night sweats, libido issues etc. It’s your call if you want to try it but it’s also not really a fat loss drug. It’s called a cut mix because it doesn’t cause high water retention and is more of a hardening mix vs a wet mass builder. It doesn’t cut you up you use this type during a cut where the fat burning is done by nutrition and program.

How about Clenbuterol ? Any experience?

As you both mention , i know its about the diet . But its already down to what I can live with. I eat heathy, greens, protein and sugarfree. There are things in my diet that could be better but my genetics are such that I dont get a flat stomach unless i starve myself to the point of no energy . I dont need the six pack but I want to be flat. In other words : my body looks good outside those kg on my lover belly and a little on the love handles.

You’re covering your stomach in the photos so it’s hard to tell. I can tell you your BF really isn’t low enough to have a hard time further cutting. You should be able to get lower than this with minimal effort IMO.

What does diet/training/cardio look like.

As far as clen goes, I would steer clear. It’s hard on the heart and is basically just like doing. Little extra cardio.

Today you cycle gear. Do you come off and pct or are you on TRT?

Im on trt. Im usually doing cycles of 400-600 test pluss 50mg anavar. Next im trying 300deca/300test. Just to see if i respond good to it and give the liver a rest. I didnt have any pictures on hand with stomach. Ill find some tomorrow or just take a few. Im at work now. I never wanted thar single digit bf but something like 15 would be nice. I like the look of some bf , but not when most is on stomach. But ill take the advice. Ill be more systematic about my diet and take some time making a good one. Until now ive just been eating healthy …. not bodybuilig diet. I somehow thought they were similar. Ill also up my kardio.

Also im assuming the pct question come from looking at my nipples. I had some gyno but luckily i managed to stop it with arimadex . Nipples are still big but it doesnt bother me.

Really lock down the diet. If your not weighing/tracking you would be amazed at what slips in.

PCT would only be if your not on TRT. It’s a way to create a softer landing after coming off cycle and to help get your balls working again. Would have nothing to do with the gyno.

That’s why we are all here. I’m the same. Aside from the couple people at the gym that i talk with, this is my community.

He clearly has no idea as to what/how he eats. When I was a trainer I heard this 1000 times… I eat “healthy“. Not a good enough response.

Ill admit to this. Thats why im here :grin: Im trying to take my training to the next level .

I got the terminology mixed up. I had to take estrogen blockers not pct.

About the friends who work out comment. Its funny how much alike i am with the guys at the gym, were all a good mix of vanity and attatchment issues :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes::grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes::grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

There have been two very clear requests for your diet/nutrition/macros which you failed to address. You keep reverting back to drugs only and not responding to these.
