He does not publish anything. Chris Beardsley analyzes existing research/studies, and it all pertains to fatigue management and training with respect to hypertrophy. Nothing more.

Because there is no need and there are benefits to other forms of training. Why do you do BJJ? Why do you sprint and do heavy KB swings?
