Push Press - ramp to 185x3
BB curl - ramp to 105x3
CG bench - ramp to 205x3
Hammer curl - ramp to 70x3
Tri Rope ext - 35x3x3
cooldown - capts of crush, shrugs, reverse fly
Workout for the 14th was:
warm up - push ups
decline bench - ramp to 185x7
DB bench - ramp to 65x8
Chin up - 7,6,5
seated row - ramp to 140x8
cooldown - none
