I like how you start each workout log with your bodyweight and mood. I might have to steal that idea from you. I really like knowing how much people weigh because it keeps the strength issue in perspective for me. Otherwise, I just look like a total pansy all the time.

Oracle database admin, java and j2ee programming, linux administration, systems delivery (provisioning) and administration automation. Systems design and programming and I made a mean cup of coffee, too. Just got too old for the company I guess, though that can’t be proven.
