Hello everyone, I am a lifetime natural but I am curious about a lot of the blood work protocols guys on here talk about when it comes to AAS, I’ve heard that its a way to monitor high and low estrogen side effects but I don’t exactly understand all the indicators for stopping or starting a cycle. Thank you for all the insight in this world, its prevented me from making a lot of stupid decisions.
The starting and stopping of a “Cycle” is usually centered around the overall health of the individual as would be shown on the usual blood testing protocol. If the individual is deemed healthy enough and has a good training background and diet in place as well as low enough body fat levels ( outside of power lifting). This person could be good to go.
Blood work is then continued while on cycle in order to catch unfavorable results before becoming problematic.
If problems are incurred. The cycle is then ended until blood markers improve.
As far as hormones go. Testosterone levels reach supraphysiological levels and the idea is to keep estrogen and other secondary hormones within certain tolerances and avoid side effects.
Most guys focus on hormones but I’d argue what really matters are health markers, heart health, regular check ups, organ imaging (cycle depending) and CBC, CMP, lipids, hsCRP, etc. that’s what is really important while on cycle
oh ok, thank you
thanks for the insite
