i have a massively drippy nose. my mucus is thin, almost water like. if i dont wipe it just drops from my lip very quickly down to whatever is below!
my nose is raw ffrom all the nose blowing only to see watery fluid (minimal) since thin mucuous doesnt blow out well.
ive been sipping ACV all day, doesnt seem to help much
how do i solve this? i have a pile of tisssues 2 inches high now because of this stupid runny nose

Buy a netti pot and some saline solution. It’ll dry your sinuses up.
Netti pots work well, I use one. The best thing for sinus infections is preventing them though, so it’s best to get at the root of your allergies or whatever happens to be causing it.

For the folks who like to not get ripped off saline = water + salt. The saline solution packets they sell at Wallgreens are like $6 for 8.
You can also make your own netti pot/nasal irrigation device with 20oz pop bottle(make sure it’s clean)and some kind of tubing. That way if you need a little more force that gravity is willing you give you you can power flush that shit out.
Nasal irrigation is pretty badass though. I do it once a day even if my sinuses aren’t giving me any problems. And if you have a cold/flu, it’s a god send.

Power flushing isn’t a bad idea. I prefer to buy the saline though. I don’t know why your walgreens is so expensive but I buy a box of 40 packets for about $8 here.
My buddy was telling me to get a netti pot. Went on-line and for such a simple concept, there are a ton of styles. Any suggestions? How often do you use it? Daily? When you are sick?

I use it when I feel sinus issues coming on. You can buy them at drug stores usually. I would say pick one that plugs your nose.
You want the solution to go in one nostril, through the sinus cavity and out the other, flushing all the shit with it. The saline, or salt, drys the mucus and the bacteria infected buggers are all in the sink.
I wouldn’t recommend using it daily for an extended amount of time. It would dry you out, itch, cause bleeding etc.

Very. Yes, instant. The solution goes in one nostril and out the other, bringing all the congestion with it while drying the nasal cavity.
Great with practice. You’ll get some in your throat at first which can be uncomfortable but warm salt water is very soothing to an inflamed nasal cavity.
No. The pressure builds until it flushes. This is the reason for a netti pot.
Yes. It can be uncomfortable. But, if you have a sore throat too, it actually feels good. With practice, you can avoid getting it in your throat and can breath while flushing your nose.
The netti pot is a very soothing and effective method of relieving sinus issues, and no side effects as with anti histimines and what not.
Walgreens sells a squirt bottle with a bunch of pre-measured salt packs. The beauty is that the bottle’s tube runs to the bottom, so it squirts into your nose when it’s upright.
(Which is quite different from squirting while laying down, BTW.)
I suggest making sure the water is pretty close to body temperature. You don’t want to use cold water.

You have a spouted pot full of saline solution. You put the spout in one nostril and tilt your head so it runs out the other, bringing all the junk in your nose through your nasal cavity and out to the sink.
