Hey man , Forrest, i know this is really old and don’t mean to hijack but can you please share that list with me , i believe you may have to answers i been looking for to what’s been going on with me .
Vitamin D, Chamomile tea, Melatonin, B Vitamins (in large doses, which seem to be in EVERY energy drink, somtimes in the 1000%+ range, which is absolutely insane), Tumeric, Tadalafil…. I think that’s all i can remember right now.
Thanks sooo much for the reply . i was taking literally every single one of those before the Dr put me on trt . Actually had vitamin d toxicity still smh i been off trt for for 5 months now and i just got my e2 sensitive back at 20.1 . is that low enough to cause problems in your opinion ? i still have symptoms from crashed e2 to zero in late june …
Long story …. but basically i had vitamin d toxicity and my dr checked my e2 twice with a regular e2 test it came back 43 and 37 so she said i was estrogen dominant and sent me to a urologist that put me on T cyp 100 mg a week with 1 mg of anastrozole a week. After my first anastrozole dose my left knee gave out 6 hours later and i had worse mental symptoms than i had before trt , i stayed on that for a couple months just getting worse . So a trt dr told me i could get off without an e2 rebound with aromasin , because i believed all my symptoms were from high e2 because my dr told me that . so after 3 weeks of 12.5 mg of aromasin a day i felt insane , so i just decided to test myself after finding out that was even possible and my sensitive test showed 5 , but i took aromasin for a week afterwards because the test results came late . thus i was at zero . I came off everything at that point which was in late june
Yea that sounds pretty common. Getting E2 low seems to be able to rebound fairily quicky, but crushing it into the single digits seems to take FOREVER for people to rebound. When i didnt know what was happening, i thought i was fucked forever, my knees were so bad i could barely walk, i was having horrible mood swings, depressed, i felt like death, and my joints and hands, everything hurt, felt dry.. Horrible headaches.. Anyway, stay away from all that stuff i mentioned, and literally never take anything again for E2 unless you have itchy nipples, even then… whatever you are doing just back off a little.. Its not worth messing with E2 in my opinion. I want mine as high as it will go, and so does my TRT doctor, he says its hand in hand with HGH. Anyway, definitely reach out if you have any other questions. When i was trying to get my E2 back up, i was having occasional hoppy beers to help bring it up gently. the hops in the beer can act as a sort of estrogen apparently and the alcohol prevents your liver from metabolizing e2. I actually went online and got some E2 tablets so that i could take any whenever i feel joint pain, that i know is from low e2.
