Cruise or PCT? I Need Help Please

I’ve been using Test E since oct 2021

I’ve done a few cycles with nolva used as pct

I’ve been on my last cycle since nov 2022
Using 500mg per week

Is it now time to do a pct and have a break or will I be ok doing a cruise ?

That’s a personal decision as is taking PEDs in the first place. You’ve provided such little information anyway. How would one even give an opinion?

Is GT1977 a year and car or your initials and you are 45?

before saying one way or the other have to know your age, what your test levels were after pct (how well you bounced back)

and a pic would help. are you big and can’t hold your size as a natural?
