Cruise Bloodwork Results, Advice?

Hey guys. I’m very new to this but have been running cruise and blast for about 10 months. Cruising at about 200mg test E injected once per week and up to 800mg at 2x 400 per week when blasting. (10 weeks) I’m not taking anything else with it apart from 1x 1mg Arimidex per week.

Body weight has more or less stayed the same but I’ve had reduced fat in certain areas such as legs and arms but I’m now storing more around the abdomen. Had my bloods done and these are the results.

Testosterone H 54.1 nmol/l
SHBG 18 nmol/l (not really sure what this is)
Calculated Free Testosterone H 1813 pmol/l

Gonadal Hormones
FSH <0.1 IU/L
LH <0.1 IU/L
Oestradiol <50 pmol/l

I really don’t understand what a lot of this means but hoping for some advice on what I should change, if anything. I’ve seen 2 doctors and once said my test was high  and the other was a ln anti ageing doc that gave me 0.2mg armidex to take each day.

My goal is to continue to lose body fat while maintaining muscle mass. I can’t lift heavy for 6 months due to slap tears in both shoulders that need surgery.

All I’ve had in terms of side effects are some accelerated hair loss which I’m taking 1mg Finasteride every day and the increase in fat stores around the abdomen.

Age:35
BF: 18 to 20%
Height: 166cm
Weight: 90kg

The low estrogen will cause more fat to build up in the belly and have experienced it myself after taking anastrozole.

I’ll bet this is the cause of your belly fat accumulation.

This can cause a host of symptoms related to fat gain in certain areas of the body.

Maybe each week, after you’ve taken nothing for a few weeks to get e2 up

What should my target levels be?

You won’t find success in targeting anything with anastrozole as you clearly are an AI over-responder, meaning any amount will end with E2 levels near or at zero. Labcorp has the E2 ranges for males at 20-35 pg/mL, but for guys on TRT with a more constant elevation in hormones I expect higher E2 levels.

I don’t feel any different whether my E2 levels are at 28 or 93.

Your cruise dose is way too high. Drop it to 150, stop taking the adex, and do bloods six weeks later and see if you’re back in range.
