This is from about 2 months ago but I’m curious to see whst you guys think about my back from 2 momths ago vs now. Ill get an updated pic when I’m at the gym tomorrow!

Decent base of upper back/rhomboids

Lats, traps, erectors and lower back might need more work from this angle, i’ll give you a 4/5

Wouldn’t mind a lot unless you’re a competitor/ bodybuilder/ fitness enthusiast nor the haters

Flip, with the digital kids, anything other than complete praise is considered “hate”.
