Creatine vs. Pre-Workout NO Product?

Which do you use more… i know that most NO products contain some creatine… but a separate supplements???

Ditch the NO. You can find a number of articles on this site proving their worthlessness. Creatine’s better used during or right after than before. Best part of the NO supps is the caffeine, which you can buy as tablets for almost nothing. Use the money you save for some Spike if you’re really looking for a good boost pre-WO. Creatine’s going to be best accompanied by an insulin booster like the Surge series or Anaconda Protocol.
