Whats goin on guys. I take ( what i believe ) to be very basic supplements, but from time to time i swear i can feel my guts hurt haha, not sure if anyone else has had this.
Supplements:
pre workout= 2 scoops Xpand energized
Post workout= 1 scoop controlled labs Magnitude
protein shake
I also take vitamins before bed and usually consume over a gallon of water a day, any advice?
