Creatine + Anabolic Diet

My brainstorm was to add 5g of creatine in the morning on the carb loading days of the AD. Good idea? What about the other days?

I think loading on creatine is a great idea. There doesn’t seem to be a dramatic effect on fat loss either way (with creatine supplementation), so I’d stay on it.

Use creatine just as you would with any diet, DD. Just as Dave Barr suggested in his previous column, 5g should more than suffice. Just take it daily to load slowly and if you happen to workout during your carb load, take that day’s dose with a post workout carb/pro drink. Another nice feature is that you’ll be getting a decent amount of creatine from all the red meat you’ll be eating too. Creatine will help during your low carb days too for a workout boost. As stated above, 5g per day, every day as per Barr.
