Same thing happened to me beginning TRT my first few shots( first one was 200mg, I switched to twice a week immediately after … Didn’t t go to the ER but It was for sure similar symptoms insane anxiety etc, mild “chest pain” ish symptoms . Id say normal with starting for sure

Mike you will be OK. Your doctor just gave you way too big a slug of T before knowing how your body was going to respond. I don’t think he is a very good doctor. Can you talk him into giving yourself your own shots and will he prescribe anastrozole and HCG? If so do that. We can get you started the right way. You are still going put on water weight and probably get some acne but your heart will stay in your chest and you should have no anxiety.
Always remember low and slow that is the best way to have the least bad side efffect from TRT and there is a shitload of badside effects you have experienced one of the really bad ones. But you are not going to die. Do you have access to any anxiety pills or heck just whiskey can work.
Those ranges puts your age under 30. You have very low SHBG and your protocol is all wrong, I can understand why your shot gave you crazy anxiety.
Your Free T must have been insanely high, you probably only need a Total T of 450 or less to get Free T high normal.
I would do 20-25mg every 2 days or 10-12mg daily.
I have hcg and anastrozole but he said since my estrogen is so low I don’t have to take the anastrozole until after acouple weeks on T. And I’m taking hcg but idk if I should change the dosage since I’m going to do a very small amount of T instead of the insane 300ml per week . Or does that not matter ?

Do not start taking your anastrozole. Not one pill. Just have them ready for just in case. Many taking 80-100mg/wk don’t need an AI at all. You need to see how you feel on that dose range. More is NOT always better. Use your Free T to adjust your dose and don’t make any dose chances for at least 6 weeks.
I really like 800iu of HCG I have tried 500 and 1500/wk and 800 worked the best for me.
I inject the HCG on the same schedule as my T dose so I just divided the 800 by 2 days or 400iu on Monday and 400iu on Thursday.
