My pants sure came right off. And were immediately replaced by masks. Masks covering all possible access points to every mucous membrane I have.
NYC Mayor is suggesting (small) store owners put up signs telling customers to take off any masks before entering store due to epidemic of robberies, now that the myth of “mask protection” has been exposed.
Talk about a 360 degree turnabout.
No one sane can make this real life shite up.

None of this is new, and was actually significantly worse in the 60’s and 70’s. The NYPD came up with a very effective, but eventually politically unpopular solution that involved generous doses of 00 buck.

Any medical people have thoughts on what is going on in China now?
I visited with a household that had a DREADED! Covid positive person starting on a Sunday. Then, husband of said person caught covid, then their 2 children got non-covid (according to the home tests) sick, while a 3rd left the house and apparently tested covid positive later. The following Sunday, before leaving the area I met up with a covid positive old friend and had lunch.
Never wore a mask, still not sick. Did I take actually effective precautions? Yes.
