Racist behaviour is not only excluding minorities but also talking shit about them with unproven prejudices. And he talked a looooooot of shit about minorities/people that are not white enough for him over the past years. Also in Germany it is not taken lightly if someone speaks in absolutes about religious groups, like Trump did concerning muslims.
