Coronavirus - What Happened?

:joy: this works on so many levels. Well done.

HAH. Here in the States, at least three governors have been caught in the crosshairs directly violating their own orders. ā€œStay-at-homeā€, ā€œmask mandatesā€, etc. Rules for thee, but not for me bullshit. They then come out, ā€œapologizeā€ for their behavior, and continue doing so. It’s all a bunch of shit.

The only place I have to wear a mask is at the gym. I do so out of respect for my gym owner. As long as it is somewhere around your head, that’s enough for him. But here in upstate NY, even at my gym, we have had ZERO cases. We are taking ALL the precautions. Now were in one of Cuomo’s Crayola Crayon orange zones. Take one step across the street, now you’re in a yellow zone. Fuckin’ blow me Cuomo you cocksucker. Take your facts and data and shove them up your ass.

Chicken or goat?

Are you talking the town or county? Because I would find it hard to believe you’ve had zero cases unless you’re a super tiny town? Looked like all NY counties had cases when I looked it up but it is possible I missed something.

But I’m glad your county or town cases are low.

Really? You’ve belittled those precautions countless times. Face diapers I will not socially distance etc. If you’re now doing things to keep others safe I commend you.

I made the exception to wear the face diaper at the gym simply because I would not be able to workout otherwise. Every other place (gas station, grocery store, Walmart, etc.), I do not. They have people requesting you wear a mask…I walk right on by and do not acknowledge.

You’re an inspirational badass. You could probably do this at the gym as well. I mean what’s he going to do about it? That guy can fuck off as well. No shirt no shoes no service? I’ll be coming in the store naked thank you very much. I won’t be some clothed sheeple drone like the masses.

You’re a fucking joke, dude. H already said it but I had to repeat it. Half of the employees at my local Walmart are probably avid-Covid deniers, but they wear masks and stand at the doors requesting people wear masks because that’s their job. They have to do it. Covid and politics aside, to just completely disregard some minimum wage worker trying to speak to you because they’re doing their job because you think you’re some badass for not covering your mouth is just a dick move.

You do the things that work for you. You care about working out, so you wear the ā€œdiaper.ā€ Someone cares about their granny not dying from catching germs at Walmart, fuck 'em.

Most people who see behavior like that think the same as most people here (they think what an ass). He is the type of person who leaves his trash on the table at McDonalds, or litters because it gives someone else a job lol. Is it that hard to just put the mask on if only to make someone else’s job a bit easier?

Unless they’re chasing him down, his mask status has no impact on the difficulty of their jobs.

I work with kids all the time and they have no trouble putting a mask on in public places. But I realize not everyone is as strong as an 8 year old.

What’s the actual logic behind not wearing a mask? Just ā€œthe government wants me to, so I refuse to do itā€?

Sorry, I don’t walk around in fear like you do. You can be asymptomatic with the flu and a host of other viruses as well, yet people did not walk around with masks. I only have to assume that when the government tells you to remove your mask, you will. You will always comply to big government. Remember, they care about you. You no longer think for yourself.

They cannot understand the indoctrination being perpetuated by the far Left yet.

My four year old cousin does it daily and has no problems. And I’m pretty sure he’s a little…special… Half of the kids I see walking home from school in my neighborhood have them with them. It’s actually quite easy. It’s like covering your face because it’s cold…and then keeping it covered.

I wouldn’t say ā€œchasing downā€ but I see plenty of employees have to turn around and yell to get the person’s attention. Refusing to comply adds unnecessary effort to their job. I’m not saying it’s an extremely taxing job, but what’s the point in making it harder? And between the two in-person confrontations and the countless ones online I’ve seen, some people make the employee’s job really hard.

Anyone else feel like @NickViar contributes absolutely nothing to every thread he gets involved in and also has a bad sense of humor?

I don’t. I’m really not afraid of Covid. If I got it, I’d probably be fine. I just thought, huh, I suppose I could have this virus that can be deadly. In case I do have it and am asymptomatic, does it make my life harder to wear it while I pick up groceries just to make sure I don’t get anyone else sick? After all, I stay home and away from people when I have the flu and strep throat each winter.

I for one, am absolutely shocked that millions of Asians facing pollution and poor air quality, as well as probably millions of Muslim women, have survived this long. Absolutely all of them are sheep.

It’s weird, because the very people I envisioned would take full advantage of something like this (ā€œhaha I get to legally keep my face covered at all times in public now, eat that NSA and Big Techā€) are the ones who are protesting it the hardest

I’m not afraid of Covid. But why wouldn’t I take easy steps to protect others? I don’t drive 25 through a school zone because I’m terrified of of dying in a car crash. I do it because it’s asked of me and to protect others. Also it’s really easy. Like incredibly easy.

I’m going to listen to medical consensus. To me it makes sense to listen to intelligent people when you don’t understand something. I don’t know much about brain surgery. But if someone who does says you need to do this I’ll be inclined to listen. If the overwhelming majority of brain surgeons tell me I no longer need to do that I’ll stop.

I don’t understand everything about the coronavirus nor do I care to. That’s far above my pay grade. Instead I’ll just listen to experts who know the most about it. Christian, Dave Tate, John Meadows, etc know more about training than me. If all the experts on this site say something is worth doing I’ll do it.

You may think for yourself but your quality of thinking is very low. It doesn’t make sense to pretty much anyone on here with the exception of one or two. Perhaps it would be worth considering if your position is the wrong one? Or perhaps it’s easier to not really think about it and call everyone sheep.

He does what he’s told. He’s just trying to be edgy on the internet because impressing strangers is important, in case you didn’t know.
