Cop Shatters Car Window...

You’re at the mercy of the cop in 99.99% of the situations. If you want to sue or correct the situation, doing what this lady did was not the way to do it.

In the end, this lady lost, because she went from a traffic ticket to resisting arrest and going to the clink.

You have to use their system again them, which means you show why the cop was wrong even when you listened to him.

She is lucky she didn’t get tuned up in jail because of her mouth, where there are no cameras, or they are magically turned off.
I agree , I hope that is changing

IMO it would mitigate a lot and save a shit load of money and the quality of PEACE OFFICERS would sky rocket because it could include pot heads

Yes great idea. Maybe some cocaine would help too like in Mexico. There’s no corruption problems there either.

Do away with? Sounds insidious…
While seeing that both cocaine and marijuana have been illegal my whole life and the illegality has deterred neither supply or demand. And seeing the war has cost a shit load of money and caused more problems than the drugs themselves .

Isn’t it time to think about a new approach to the drug problem ?

It won’t.

People will still resist due to the idea of their moral or intellectual high ground.

You need a JUDGE to undo or reverse the actions of a cop, not throwing a tantrum in front of the cop.

I totally agree, my hope is that cameras will change the behavior . I do not deserves any charges but I do think he escalated the situation out of control . I do not feel he is good COP material

Then let him fall from his own foolishness. Let the camera document his mouth and his behavior, and let a JUDGE see that in court.

Everyone here is saying what they feel is right or wrong, but your opinion doesn’t mean shit in a court of law. You need the JUDGE to be on your side.
