To the op:
Do you have vid of the lowerbody work she does? Or did you already post that vid?
Just to get a more complete picture.

A lot of her stuff has a personal trainer feel and seems positioned more to figure and fitness. I can’t tell if she squats to depth or deadlifts. Personally, I don’t care. I’m only really concerned about what I do. [/quote]
But wait a minute, if Sarah Grace is a personal trainer, then what does Bryan have to do with anything? I’m confuzzled!

Maybe it’s his gym she works for or he is the video maker, or web designer. I don’t think he said he was her trainer just that she was his friend, I think.
These people are actually bumping the thread to watch the DebraD/pushharder feud continue…I like both Push & Debra and I hated seeing them scrub their friendship over what should have been just a difference in perspective…Push is a guy…

FTR, because I’m a guy I could again be friends with dear sweet Deb in a heartbeat (or maybe it has nothing to do with being a guy and it’s just who I am). I get no good gas mileage out of life by harboring grudges.
I have (infrequently) had very sharp exchanges with people like PX, Bodyguard, Tirib, and others over the years and yet a few days or weeks later I can or am best of friends with them.
My gut tells me things will be different in regards to a feud with a woman because generally speaking, a woman has emotions that are easily bruised and harder to heal. Maybe I will be proved wrong. I would welcome being wrong in this instance.
Smooches, Deb.

Does the addition of the song mean that you want to burn Deb in her house?

if something fits in this category, I’ll be sure to post it here.
The title of the forum is ‘powerful women’. It consists mostly in training logs of women who are training for strength. It was a break-away from ‘muscle sorority’ or ‘figure athlete’ that is more about fitness / figure training. If you read the threads on this forum before you started posting you would see that.
Here is a thought on a place to start… You could read around a little and learn some things for your own training. Find an appropriate place to start your OWN log.
Or you could keep posting clips you find on the internet if you like. Facebook friends or whatever. Whatever makes you happy, lol.

Great before and after pics Greg!
How long did that take?

Thanks Charlie Horse… The time frame between those pics is 12-18 months I think? something like that (I cant recall completely accurately to be honest)
