The tatoo on his back isnt arabic, it looks like hindi to me, if I was to translate it into english it says ekaki or ekako, I cant be sure, because I cant make out the last letter properly.
As far as I know, ekaki or ekako arent actual words, so most probably it could be some sort of a nickname or maybe some other name… only he can clarify what it means… but just to confirm its not arabic.
