Might have a slight cheesecake addiction going. But this has to be my highest protein-per-serving recipe, so it’s a staple.

In this variation, I skipped the springform pan. Most people don’t have one anyway. Doesn’t matter since this is a no-bake recipe. You just get a flatter cheesecake. In reality, you could make this in coffee mugs if you wanted.
