This was supposed to be a protein popper recipe – the one found here. But I used a blender instead of a food processor, and I thought I was going to make it catch fire. Kept needing to add liquid. So, time to pivot.

I took the batter and instead of rolling it into balls, I made a small pie… or a giant peanut butter cup. Whatever. I just lined a springform pan with pulverized walnuts, added the batter, and topped it with melted 85% chocolate.

Not a bad pivot.
