Wanted to work some BTN pressing after this but drove to the gym with a friend who had to leave. We started with 60kg for pulls and kept adding 10kg at a time through the deadlifts. Would have preferred more volume but all in all not a terrible session. Happy my deadlift is back up to 350 with no back pain. However, it makes me want to work much harder on my squat since it’s way behind.

Squat is finally coming back after literally 2 years of injury and frustration. Bench was fine since I’m actually stronger with a close grip and suck at reps. Guess the chest needs work.
