Um, not too sure what reboot, gargoyles, or pogs are. Unless by gargoyles you mean those demon looking statues, in which case no not so much. But they would beat the hell out of garden gnomes!

And I kinda wish I was older. Higher job status and accumulated gym gains even if I wouldn’t be gaining as fast. But 25 isn’t so bad. Now if only I could find my first professional job! Ughh. Well… it has only been a month since earning my 2nd degree.

Yep. I forgot to log my other 2 deload workouts. Was going to max today, but I’ll save that for tomorrow since I have an interview for a real job tomorrow. Don’t want the brain fogginess from taking 3 maxes the day prior on a day I need to be my best.

Nope, I train alone. In a church gym. Lots of weight and a power rack and it’s free!

315 flew up like nothing…
365 wouldn’t budge

Bench
225 flew up
275 barely went up any

Deadlift
455 wasn’t so bad
tried 495 and got it up about 3in

I’ll try doing what I thought of before and see if it brings me results:
