Compulsory Physique Picture in Avatar

Heck, pics don’t even need to be current! If some guy looked great 20 years ago and tells what he was doing and eating then I’d still be happy.

I have pics in my hub that I would never ever think of putting up on facebook just because I’d look like a fucking weirdo. I put them in there because I felt if I was on a site like this I may as well let people know what my ugly bag of mostly water at least looks like if they ever felt like clicking on it…though I do suck in my gut.
What if, at one point, I have been very lean, and also at one point, big? Do I get credit for being big and lean?

Yes, but in different posts.

And if that’s a page out of my book, burn the sucker. Congrats for the change, really, it’s definitely a step in the right direction. But the idea, as far as I’m concerned at least, is to post something recent.

That pic of you doing who-knows-what to that poor dog is over a year and a half old, from your Rate My Physique thread you mentioned earlier. You’ve probably been busting your ass since then. Toss something new up. Or throw together a quick vid of you doing some fancy football footwork. We all wanna see how The Bird flys, don’t we? (Trying to relate to you in language you understand. Ha.)

Yer, it is an old pic. I will be uploading some more recent pics for you this weekend. I have been doing some early morning fasted cardio… hope it impresses you.

As for some video footage: I will be releasing a special premiere sneak peak of my latest project soon in T-Nation. Keep a look out for “theBird. theDocumentary.”

And by the way, theBird is one word. Not two.

Dude…

You lost a tweet

That is serious business, they seem to mean a lot to you.

Mate, I changed to the singular tweet ages ago. Wanted to make things more modern and streamlined.

I still do the double tweet, but only on special occasions.

On the other hand this is still a commercial site, which lives from the sheer number of members and a change of member selection policy would come with far reaching consequences.

There are set rules for posting in “Rate my Physique” and these rules are ignored on a daily basis, which makes me believe that even if some form of posting rules would be implemented, the mods would have to be much harsher in their methods of intervention.
No way at all this will become an official requirement before signing up for the forum.*

That would be unrealistic and impractical. Those “rules” in the Rate My Physique forum were entirely determined by members, and they’re “enforced” by members.**
*Chris just to set the record straight, I wrote that any form of preselection wouldn’t work because of the commercial nature of the forum.

**Thanks for correcting me on this as I was under the impression that the “mods” would be policing that sub-forum.

Chris, you gotz the gravitas. Start the thread up, people will follow. I think it’s a good idea too.

Does it involve you demanding that the heavy-set girl you keep imprisoned in a basement well apply lotion to her skin, with her refusal resulting in her being soaked with a hose?

<<< Changed to a recent pic of my back that I had up this spring. Dangit! I have a great picture of a Barbie doll with GI Joe arms that was going to be my next avatar.

We all know pictures can be deceptive with tricks of lighting, posing and so forth, so maybe these should be accompanied by a description. Here goes. Can you picture Jamie Eason? OK, now picture an older brunette version. Now picture less lat width and smaller delt caps. A little more fat. Now take the implants off her chest and put them on her calves. There ya go! LOL!

I think Chris has a great idea about the check-in thread. It would be like Weight Watchers but more fun.
Motivation and accountability are good things. This will only work if people are genuinely encouraging and not bent on flaming each other.

<— always had a picture of myself as an avi.

Avi pictures of someone else are real lame. On a lifting/fitness site where you discuss lifting/fitness you should have a picture of yourself showing that you lift/are fit… Seems prety logical.

Also, Bird, as much as I don’t like you… I’m starting to like you.

I was waiting for Bird to put up something like this.

woof

Note to self, using a picture of Professor X as my Avi is really lame. Dammit! That was my next idea. Description on that one. Picture a big black guy. Now picture him a lot smaller and as a chick, but with bigger calves…

Im not Benoit but that would be fucking nuts, wouldnt it?

LOL

<— Those are really my legs.

I was finally leaning out, but I have another postponement from lifting as per doctors orders…

Go figure.

Im a pretty likeable guy.

Although I predict my popularity will hit the roof once I release my documentary; “theBird. theDocumentary”.

I will be releasing a teaser on T-Nation soon!

Bird posts some funny stuff. Your “4 out of 5 tweets” in the other thread made me LOL.

The religious use of tweet at the end of EVERY post also makes me laugh.

I know there are other Bird fans out there, but it is cool to hate the guy, so no one mentions it.

I actually put him on ignore because that got annoying after awhile. I unignored him to see what was going on in this thread, a choice I now regret.
