It’s probably the same POS that took the black berets away from the Rangers and disgraced a proud tradition by giving them to every person in the Army, shitbags included. It’s probably the same guy that spends hours designing pretty little uniforms for his Barbie sized Army action figures every day. Look back through history, shit like this allways happens because you get these panzy assed girlie men that can’t hack it in the feild with the real soldiers. However they go into denial and still want to feel like powerfull tough guys so they work thier way up in the pencil pushing admin departments until they have authority. Then they sit around shining thier replica figurines and sharpening their authentic cavalry swords racking their brains for some idiotic mandate that they can force on the real soldiers to overcompensate for thier obvious inadequecies. Or something like that, but trust me we are totally eye to eye on this kind of BS. I think it is high time that the military command structure was reformed and the only way anyone can have any authority is by working their way up from the enlisted. All officers should be selected from the NCO pools. But that will never happen.
