Hey guys, I’ve been viewing these forums for years now. I am 22 years old 6’4 270lbs 16.8% body fat. I’ve gained 120lbs since my senior year of high school and have competed in 2 strongman contests in the last year and a half.7 total years of lifting experience, 3 serious years. I got 4th out of 12 in my last competition. I want to move onto the next level of competitiveness, so I’m going to do my first cycle of steroids. My first ranked competition is in May, and I am 9 weeks out. If you are wondering about some of my lifts, some of my PRs include Farmers walk with 315 in each hand for 60feet, 240-280stone series to 54inch platform(chalk only) double overhand axle clean and press 245(chalk only). I want to be a Pro Strongman, and I will do whatever it takes. This is the cycle I would like to do. Let me know if I’m doing something wrong.
Steroid Cycle Plan-
250mg of Test every 3 days for 10 weeks
.25mg of arimadex every other day for 12 weeks
10mg of Dbol 3xday for 1-4weeks(Kick Start)
PCT Week 13
20mg of nolva 2xday week 13
nolva 20mg a day weeks14-16
This is my first cycle so I’m sure I’m doing something wrong, however I’ve been reading up and studying for years now. The guys at the gym keep telling me that I should run Equipoise as well. I’m not sure if I should and I’m not sure how to add it in. If you guys have any suggestions or better ideas let me know. Thanks a lot.
