Coming Off TRT After 10 Months

I’ve researched and forgotten this, but ye the side effects sounded horrible.

Alright so got fresh bloods back. He forgot to give me my cortisol results, but anyhow. Nothing is out range crazy, glad I don’t have high prolactin or anything, oestradiol is a little up there for my liking. Could use some more Vit D. Will be supplementing that as I use Nolva to try transition to a natural acting hormone profile again. I have had FT 950 before and also around 750 on previous bloods. I think my SHBG has dropped a fair amount on TRT. Anyone care to comment, not much to really say anyway . On the bloods, the 17th Sep 18, was pre TRT.

.

It’s not letting me upload more than 1 at once,

Everytime last pic gets to 98% it drops out…

Total Test - 18 nmol/L (8.3 - 29)
SHBG - 14 nmol/L (11-71)
Free Test - 507.7 pmol/L ( 255 - 725)

Bloods drawn 15/7/19. Last shot was 11/7/19

I still feel pretty shit fight now. I guess it could be my Test to Est balance. But e2 isn’t that high. Test levels are going enough. If I was to 0.2mg of anastrozole tight now, if feel like death for 2-4 days. I wonder if I’m super sensitive and it drops my e2 really quickly or if it’s just a reaction to the med. Fucker if know, but I better keep an eye on e2 when I start Nolva really soon. Maybe even tomorrow seeing these labs, by the time the htpa axis is firing again all the exogenous test should be out, so hopefully I don’t feel too much of a dip, it’s already pretty shit, I feel high e2 symptoms tbh, as if I’m still shooting hCG.

How do some of you other fellahs feel with an e2 reading of 29 - 30 pg/ml (US) measurements. And Test levels, similar to mine?

I would be optimal with these numbers and estrogen around 30 pg/mL. I experienced iron overload a week ago even though ferritin was only 101, in range is not normal for everyone. If I had gone to my doctors and had run ferritin and seen it in range, no action would have been taken and none would be the wiser.

Elevated ferritin is hemochromatosis, symptoms included fatigue, lethargy, reduced hormone production, abnormal heart rhythm, diabetes, erectile dysfunction and hepatitis.

It can be fatal if left untreated for too long.

Yeah I already had higher levels of ferretin before starting TRT as you can see, that’s why I thought I’d get it checked again. I heard donating blood can help?

My LH reading was really low before starting TRT. (2.0) Pointing in the direction of a pituitary or hypothalamus issue causing secondary hypogonadism, I feel this is because of AAS abuse 10 years ago with no PCT. And it left functioning this way. I dunno why but I’m hoping a restart this time with a long taper off can set my body into pumping out larger amounts of LH. That’s top hope anyway.

Any experienced gear uses able to comment on whether starting a PCT/RESTART of Nolva today would be too early? Last test shot was 8 days ago. My test levels are pictured above, blood taken 4 days ago. Would there still be high androgen activity in my body and could I be in trouble starting too early? Was on 120mg a week of enanthate

If the body has inflammation it can force to body to store the iron (ferritin) and keep it away from the inflammation as inflammation, bacteria, viruses and even disease feeds on iron. Total iron binding capacity in this case would be high and iron low.

Unless you’ve been on Test Prop, it’s too early. 3 weeks minimum for Test Cyp or Enan, a month minimum for Sustanon (5 weeks would be better).

Thanks brother, I guess i’ll just have to hack it out. I hate hCG, but I just took 500iu’s. It’s been 8 days without hcg and I can feel my testes dying again. That’s why I wanted to start nolva earlier. Also don’t wanna hit a hole, between no exogenous test and natural LH kicking in (being induced by nolva) for now anyway. I was hoping they’d live enough until I started nolva. They start to die very quickly for me on exogenous test. If I didn’t have a new job that I started this week, it would all be easier on me, but I do. Been looking like a whacked cunt at work sometimes :joy:. Hope it doesn’t hit me too hard, but I’ll use 500iu hcg E3D, maybe even up to 1000iu until around the 3 week mark since last enanthate injection. Then I’ll start my low dose of 20mg EOD of Nolva and see how I fair over the coming months I guess.

Edit- I know a few shots of hcg will get my balls where they need to be before starting nolva.

So you reckon i’d have an iron deficiency with my high ferretin reading?

Coming off legit TRT. I am 4 weeks into my restart. I have been on Nolva at 20mgs a day for 4 weeks. I had blood drawn yesterday. So will get results in a couple of days. What would acceptable TT levels be to start tapering off Nolva. I was on TRT for 10 months. I could not continue because hCG would ruin me everytime. I can’t do TRT w out hCG, so I had no choice but to eventually say, enough is enough. My main question is here, when do I start tapering off Nolva, and do I need to taper. I was planning on 20/20/20/20. Then 20mg EOD for 2 weeks, then spread it out to 20mg E3-4D for the last
2 weeks or more.

Why HCG, fertility?

As far as acceptable TT levels that would be the T levels you had before TRT.

Nah for testicular atrophy. Already had a decent amount from AAS use 10 years ago. So without it on TRT they really try to pull up high. Thanks, I’ll post bloods tomorrow. I feel TT is higher on Nolva then pre TRT.

Alright so I got my labs. Nolva is definitely working for me like I thought. These results are 5 weeks and 2 days since my last test injection. And 26 days on Nolva at 20mg ED.

My results before starting TRT were:

TT - 14 nmol/L (8.3 - 29)
FT - 298 pmol/L (255 - 725)
LH - IU/L 2.0 ( <7 )
FSH - IU/L 4.0 ( <7 )

Very very pleased with my LH number.

Any wise heads out there want to pitch in?

Should I continue on 20mg a day for a little longer or start to taper off Nolva now for the next 4 weeks?

Any update?
