I am just coming off a cycle of 800mg/w of test 400, my last jab was last sunday (11th july). The longest ester was undecanoate in the test, my question was how long should I wait before commencing PCT of 40/20/20 nolva? im still running adex .5mg E3D, and I started 30mg Dbol on last day of jab to keep some sort of test in my blood.
How long was your cycle? Your PCT is only for three weeks??

You will have some sort of test in your blood from the test 400. Undecanoate has a half life of about 8 days, which is to say it will take 15-16 days for 3/4th of it to clear. Depending how much you were using per shot its probably going to take at least this long for your body’s internal levels to drop below natural physiological levels.
Cycle duration and injection frequency would help pinpoint an more exact date but in general that last weekend in July [30-31] looks like about the right time frame for you based on the info provided

My cycle duration was 8 weeks, I had heard that anything over 8 weeks would cause more severe shutdown but I dont know how far this was true. My jab frequency was 4 times a week, Mon Wed Fri Sun then Mon again. Every shot was .5ml, however my last jab was 1ml on that 11th sunday.
To Daja, Ive found that I feel ok after a PCT as short as 3 weeks, im not sure if thats ok to go by and correct me if wrong.
I was also recommended to jab test P until my PCT starts, any thoughts?
If you intent is to clear your system of exogenous test this is not necessary. Some people end their cycle with a shorter estered compound like prop so it clears faster. However given all that test undecanoate in you adding more prop at this point becomes pointless if you intent is to get your natural stuff flowing asap

So judging by the halflife of undecanoate which is 8 days, I should start my PCT around the 27th of this month, which is exactly 16 days after after my last jab.
Depends how much your last shot was. Above I estimated you could start around the 30-31 but I guess because I dont know how much volume you put in you
I wrote above my last jab was 1ml, so 400mg of test.
Well to really nail it down I’d also need the break down of how much of that test is undecanoate and what the other esters are as well. If its like most blends you probably got some prop, some cyp and a third in addition to the fourth the undecanoate.
Though for simplicity’s sake I’d say if you start a day or three early or later its not the biggest deal in the world. If you wanna start the 27th thats fine. Even if you exogenous test levels are still slightly above normal physiological levels it probably wont be by much. Start weening off the adex as well
