shoulders today , I had to delay it a day , had some personal stuff going on .

switched it up today and hit it hard with dumbbell’s today

45 55 65 70 - 70 felt pretty good , talk about a burn …

cable laterals and db laterals - 4x10-12

cable rear delt pulls - 4x12
150 (on the 2 pulley system)

barbell shrugs - 5x6-10
135 225 315 405 405

I finished up the day with 17 minutes of treadmill
