It wasn’t a bad video, but doing voice over the video is terrible. Why not just use the audio from the video? And the song really didn’t make much sense to me, but all in all, not bad.
The lifting guy needs Milk and Squats not a plastic weight bench with 20 lbs on the bar. I just MF embarrassed him.

Exactly. I liked it. I’ve heard far, far worse on Shade 45’s Hate It or Love It. Hell, I’ve heard worse during Shade 45’s regular programming.
