To slow I did this on the page before this, you posted right after it.
Ugh…

Had a phonecall and didn’t get to it quick enough. You sir are the victor.
Nope UT is the winner by the kid deciding to transfer.

Good kid, just not a fit at UT and this way Mack can concentrate on the two kids who are actually doing good.
I remember liking him a lot after Princess McCoy had to be taken to the fainting couch in the NC game after Darius’s love tap.
Damn that is harsh, but fair. Which QB is making a better Pro?
Won’t know until we see if Gilbert ever makes it. I never doubted McCoy’s talent but after seeing him out after that weak hit I’m going to doubt his heart until I see something else.

Oh our guy was a Rhodes Scholar but thats what Sabin want.

No idea about rumors. I tend to ignore that sort of thing for what I can see with my own eyes. If he can stick around and make something happen in Cleveland he’ll get props from me for surre. But Tim Couch looked good in Cleveland when he first got there too.

Picks:

I’m picking Texas over OU, LSU to sodomize Florida, and Arkansas to get passed Auburn. Thats all the game with two ranked tteams I think.

Agree about Couch and Cleveland, but I have a little faith in Holmgreen.

I watched Colt his whole career at UT, he took a pounding for many years cause he was their leading rusher. He is not a wimp. But like you said time will tell.

If LSU loses tomorrow I may have to get the hell out of dodge quickly.

You know this is going to sound stupid but I still think Couch was a good QB, not great, but good but taht team was wretched.

No as a guy who watches a ton of football I would agree.

I would say most NFL QB’s 90% of the time need time, coaching and a good set up.

If Brady or Manning would have been drafted into the Lions or Browns during there drafting where would they be?

:frowning: At this point yes.

Well your a poopy head

Match up time! Picks?
-Boise ? Fresno
-GA Tech ? Terps
-OK ?Texas
-?noles ? Wake Forrest
-KU ? South Carolina
Air Force - Notre Dame

  • Florida - LSU
    -Miami ? VT
    -Auburn ? Arkansas
    -Ohio ? Nebraska

I was going to leave this off, but
-Vandy ? Alabama

My predicted winners are:
Boise, GT, Texas, Seminoles, South Carolina, Notre Dame, LSU, VT, Auburn, Nebraska, Tide.

I am picking Texas for the upset. I just think that new-fangled offence may be able to pull it off. I think LSU will pound the ever-living-shit out of Florida.

I hope Auburn shoves the football so far up Petrino’s ass it turns his eyes brown.

This is pretty much a by for Alabama. Vandy really? They may have the easiest Schedule in the SEC.

He actually didn’t make it all the way to Rhodes Scholar.

Sort of hard for me to agree with you about PMPM when she wears that shirt so well.

But I still think Texas will pull off the upset.

My predicted/preferred winners
Boise, don’t care, Always happy for a FS loss, SC, AF, LSU, VT, AR, NE

that leaves the OU-tu game.

Well, if DJ would get into an Avi bet with PMPM to get the penultimate Avi back, whoever needs to win to make it happen. Otherwise, tu.

Pat, we get it, you dont like Petrino. let it go. y u so mad?

NEVER!!!
How he behaved here, then what he did to the Falcons and the way he did it, he gets the eternal stamp of hate. I feel about him like I would feel about somebody who randomly walked up and kicked the shit out of my child.
Sorry you got stuck with him. He makes Saban and Spurior look like Sisters of Mercy.

Sorry?

He has helped turn the Arkansas football program back on the right track, he instilled discipline in to the team, he has fired up the fan base, he is loved by the Arkansas fans, and he so far looks happy here. Why should I be sorry?

I am sorry that you just cant let it go. Various Arkansans have gone on and brought shame to my state, do I continually bitch about it? No, I just let it go and try to go forth and make a good name for my state.

Its a tad ridiculous, you sound like an LSU fan still bitching about Nick Saban.

Yeah, well he fucked our program, fucked our team and fucked out town. Why would I “Let it go” because he helped yall? He fucked us to do it. I have zero stock in Arkansas, him helping your program means nothing to me. It’s not personal at you by any stretch though.

Sports hate isn’t supposed to be rational. He’s a perfect enemy, an asshole in every way and I relish every loss. It’s my right to hate him as much as it is your right to love him. I don’t suppose you like every team and like every coach and every player?

As far as Saban, I don’t dislike him at all, but a lot of people do for the same reasons I think Petrino is a piece of shit. I used him as example because he’s a hated figure, not because I hate him. Actually, I think he’s probably the smartest coach in all of college. Yeah, they draft well, but still every team he coaches is well prepared despite who’s on it, they flat win. He he’s waaaaay smarter than Spurier, which is who I am stuck with. Spurier is the most over rated coach in all of college. He really make us scratch our heads with some of his decisions, like letting Garcia repeatedly pass when he’s proven he cannot.
His record in Florida had to be a fluke, it could not have been because of him. I just don’t see the genius; at all.
