Clothes Make the Man!

Where’s a good place for trendy/stylish clothes that you guys might buy from on the net? I’m tired of the Billabong & Quicksilver shit. Tired of Nike & Adidas too. Want something that not everyone is wearing. BUT, not cost an arm & leg!

get Diesel jeans on ebay.

Yeah, they are pricey, but they fit like a glove, and the denim is spun with a touch of lycra in it, so it’s T-man friendly and confortable as hell.

The added bonus of Diesel jeans is that they are chick magnets… it’s weird… they just make you look good, and of course, women notice those little details.

Diesel jeans a nice fitting T-shirt and some cool shoes and you’re golden pretty much anywhere except those poseur-ass high-end nightclubs.

If you’re looking for designer type stuff, bluefly.com is ok sometimes. Still a little pricey for my tastes, though.

Are you serious? When you go out you wear a button shirt or a nice polo with a pair of levis. When your not “going out” wear a friggin t-shirt, I personally rotate between dragonball-z T-Nation and shirts I won back in HS cross country. Don’t go all metro on us now.

Word.

Fashion is so lame. I’d personally choose to bang a dirty slut over some fashion fabulous girl who doesn’t like my wife beaters. In the house, I wear boxers or nothing. Outside, I put on whatever I can find as fast as I can find it. I don’t live in a rich area, so not that many people care about clothes. Unless I’m hangin around the thugs, they love the Jordan shoes and expensive shirts. But it really depends on who you want to impress/fit in with.

And I also have a lot of experience with online porn…

F’n with ya Veg! Except about the dragonball-z stuff, that is really fuckin gay. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

I’m a Marshall’s man!

WTF!!! Nice buddy! Hahahaha! I’ll look like a major fag. Thanks again…

I think you have the title backwards. Everything i wear is cool. Not because a magazine told me it was, but because I make everything i wear look good.

I hope you weren’t referring to me. :0

Levi’s (except 501s - which don’t fit me b/c my legs are too big for the corresponding waist size) for the most part blow. Diesel jeans are expensive because they are QUALITY, LOOK GOOD and LAST FOREVER (I have a 7 year old pair and they look even better than when I bought them - screw this bullshit ‘macho’ ethic about it not being ‘masculine’ to be fashion conscious.

I’d rather pay twice as much for one good pair of jeans, than buy 3 crappy ones.

If it looks good on you, wear it. Who cares what we think? When you look good, it translates into your demeaner. And trust me, women will notice.

I will buy one pair of these so called chick magnets, and see if they improve my hit ratio any. I really don’t give a rats ass, but if they are as good as you claim, then I surley can dish out a few extra bucks to have women dropping at my feet.

On a side note, where the hell is wideguy? all these posts lately about pron and sex and porn and women and porn and he is nowhere to be found? Hope the buggers doing allright. Prolly got suffocated under a pile of 10 hot chicks. Bastard.

BlueFly.com is good. Hit the Banana Republic and the Gap. Urban Outfitters can have some hip stuff, but they also cater to the anorexic look. Not exclusively, though, because for example, they sell those Diesel jeans. If you want a more rugged look, check out Eddie Baur.

Wow, you really prove yourself to be clueless time and time again, don’t you? At least you’re consistent.

I own a shirt from Daddyos.com and it’s a nice, casual shirt that does not look like everything else out there. You don’t have to be some fashion-obsessed metro to wear something like that since it’s not dressy or anything. I mean, they are snazzed up bowling shirts, for God’s sake.

I am not some kind of fashion nut by any stretch of the imagination, but if you like what ya got, who cares what anyone else thinks anyway? Hogan, I am with you. I like the daddyos.com stuff (although some of it is a little too wild for my tastes).

Urban Outfitters has some pretty funny and comfortable t-shirts. But, yeah, they do tend to run pretty small. I’ve outgrown most of mine since I started my bulk. And am having to buy some new ones in bigger sizes.
