Hey all, ill just lay out a few background stats first. im 5’10-5’11 (178cm)im 19 been lifting for 3 years.
I weigh 81kg’s. My Diet consists of low carb, low/medfat, high protein. 15/25/60 ratio. calorie intake 2000-2200 depending on the day cause of training changes.
Alright now onto the question. I have recently received a tub of gel clenbuterol 40ucg/1ml. I’m taking taurine and potassium supplimentation with it to aid in cramps/headaches, drinking 2-3litres of water a day.
My cycle is 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and goes like this.
Day 1- 60ucg
Day 2- 60ucg
Day 3- 80ucg
Day 4- 80ucg
Day 5- 100ucg
Day 6- 100ucg
Day 7- 120ucg
Day 8- 120ucg
Day 9- 140ucg
day 10- 140ucg
day 11- 120ucg
day 12- 100ucg
day 13- 80ucg
day 14-60ucg
Im tapering the cycle down towards the peak hit in days 6-10 to help beta-2 receptors relax and clean it out for next cycle.
Now i’m currently onto day 2, minor shakes HR sitting at 90-120 resting/waling around.
What results can i expect on this stuff guys on my first cycle, and any other advice. thanks all.
