I have exercise induced asthma. Being dissapointed in inhalers, I have decided to try clen. Just came back from the pharmacy, got 2 bottles (comes in a syrum here in Greece). Took 20mcg, and plan to do so twice daily. Let’s see how this turns out.
I also have exercise induced asthma. Rescue inhalers like albuterol only work temporarily for me. I have used clen in the past and love it. Except for the side effects. It makes you shakier than Michael j fox and you can feel your heart beating all day. Very strong vascular contraction in the heart.
It’s commonly taken to help cut as I’m sure you know of. However of you are taking it strictly for asthma I would recommend looking into alternative low dose corticoid inhalers and long lasting b2 agonists.
I have tried many different inhalers and diskis’. I am currently using a newer drug by the trade name of Dulera. I love it. Once daily and I barely ever have to touch my albuterol rescue inhaler. See if it’s available near you.

I have run corticoroids and b2 agonists, they did something but not much. Also I hate inhalers. The 20 mcg I took some hours ago have helped me decently, in the sence that I am not coughing like death every 3 fucking seconds, rather a light cough every 10-15 minutes. Will continue taking it for a couple of days and keep everyone posted. How long after starting clen do you notice the best results?

It’s been a while since I’ve used it but it’s pretty quick from what I can remember. Just a few days maybe a week? You’re planning running low dose 2x/day for how long? Just when your asthma is bad?
Let me know how the sides treat you in low dose.

So far, I have taken a 20mcg dosage, 12 hours later a 12,5mcg one (i mixed up the cups, I wanted 15mcg but it was 6 am), and some minutes ago another 15 mcg. So far, no side effects, just my asthma has gotten a FUCKLOAD better. I am not constantly coughing like death, breathing easily, and generally feeling 100000000% better. Will continue uysing it until I go to my doctor, see what he tells me, and most possibly will continue taking when I see then need. As I have mentioned before, I really fucking hate inhalers. So pills or syrup works better for me.
