I am not being lazy looking for quick answers, I have spent a lot of time reading about Clen and also quite a lot about ECA. I was just looking for some recent experience if anybody had any.
In a nutshell I have a bottle of Clen and also a bottle of ECA 30+. I am going holiday in three weeks and was going to use one of these for a cycle before I go. I’m at 15% BF and been training for a couple of years so I’m not looking for a quick fix just a bit of help losing some BF before I go away.
Clen - part of me thinks it must be more effective as it’s illegal. I have read mixed reviews on the side effects. I tend to do interval training for my cardio whereas what I have read suggests you shouldn’t do that when on Clen so that is putting me off a bit along with side effects and risks.
ECA - this may sound stupid but i think as it’s so easy to buy in the UK it can’t be that effective?!
Id be interested in seeing some evidence that shows how clen is so much more dangerous. Ive tried both and they both have similar sides, and they both make you feel like shit if you take too much.

well it might be out there I dont know, I seldom research stuff I care little about and I rarely remember where I read things at. Thats why I stated to the OP thats its my opinion, my opinion is based on personal experience, that personal experience is that twice on clen, once trying to jump in at 80mcg and once at 40mcg with some over dosed stuff, my BP was 210+/130+ with a pulse between 157 and 182, and that shit went on all day. I never got the same effects from ECA but I suppose if you popped enough of them it probably would…
