Anyone have any comments or ideas on how to improve my first clen cycle? I’m on day four of week 1.
Week 1: 20mcg per day every day.
Week 2: 20mcg per day every day.
W3: 40mcg pded.
W4: 40mcg pded.
W5: 60mcg pded.
W6: Nothing (I’ll be away).
W7: Nothing (I’ll be away).
W8: 60mcg pded.
W9: 80mcg pded.
W10: 80mcg pded.
I’ll be lifting and doing an hour of cardio five days per week.

I generally start with 60mcg/day
you shouldn’t really expect too much from clen by itself. but with a solid diet and training/cardio program you should get decent results

From what I’ve read, unless you’re on a low carb diet, Clen is borderline useless. Ever heard about that?
OP, are you using T3 also?
