The place where I live is an economically-depressed part of the U.S. Most of the jobs here do not offer insurance. Not going to doctors is not a sign a stupidity. My IQ is 127, and I have a college degree. If someone has a psychological condition that is mitigated by an herb, or a medication that is easily obtained by them, most people will use such a medication.

I have an aggressive streak due to my childhood. I grew-up in a racially-tense area, and I fought with people almost every day. The town I grew-up in regarded athletes very highly, so I decided to become one of the strongest,
fastest, and most aggressive kids in my school, and neighborhood.

I dabbled a lot with P.E.D.s a lot from 1999-2008 in order to remain strong and powerful to perform my duties as a bodyguard, and a collection agent. Although I’ve never been in the military, or in prison, I have something similar to PTSD. In many instances I’ve had to remain in an

overly-alert state, where I have to disarm a person with a knife or a gun, and I have been stabbed twice.

I realize that by posting to this forum I’d leave myself open to being chastised by pencil necks. I honestly don’t care, since everyone here would do the same thing I’m doing now, if this was your circumstance.
See, my earlier comment (that maybe instead of drinking liters of rum and taking Valium to sleep, you should change your training) wasn’t “chastising” you - well, maybe it sounded that way since you’re already in the defensive - but it was/is a serious suggestion. There are ways to stay very built and strong while taking less of a toll on your body (through clever use of partial reps, pre-exhaust techniques, shortened rest periods between sets, focusing on good contraction and squeeze rather than heavy weight). You may want to look at the EyeDentist, How Do You Train thread for an example of a guy that keeps himself shredded at age 53 with relatively modest-sounding loads by using some of the aforementioned techniques.

I never said I drink liters of rum to go to sleep. My reference to drinking liters of rum was to highlight the fact that I have a high tolerance for many intoxicants, including valium.
He didn’t say you drank a liter of rum to go to sleep either.

So you are a security guard or a bouncer? Probably not a bouncer I never heard of clubs pee testing. Dude everywhere is economically shitty unless your in detroit, cleavland, or newark I cant imagine its any worse then anywhere else. Hey im not hating I use peds and recreational drugs. Its your body do what u want. Just saying maybe this job sux & its time for something else that lets you be your own dog. Also theres a million workouts that build muscle without a bunch of craziness.
Are you kidding? If clubs drug tested, they’d probably have to discipline 3/4 of their employees.

That said, with regards to something as minor as nightclub security, being intoxicated on the job in these parts is a huge no-no. Like you will get fired over it. Because that’s a huge liability for the club. I would imagine it’s not any more relaxed for more serious security jobs that aren’t part of a subculture of unfettered hedonism. So OP, you’re probably pretty lucky you passed. I’d consider this a wake-up call to get everything in line with your job requirements.

^ yeah bro I know thats what I said. I was in the club biz for years. If they tested folks they’d never have employees. I was just saying his job sux. Its valium who gives a fuck my Grandma takes that with a scotch & soda… Whats clearence time for molly, bud, vicadin, coke… oh yeah I dont give a shit not being tested
